Empress Gin

Empress Gin is a premium liquor crafted in Canada, characterized by its unique blend of traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander, and citrus peels, complemented by distinct notes of butterfly pea flower. This ingredient imparts a vibrant indigo hue, making it visually striking while providing a balanced, crisp flavor profile that is both floral and refreshing.

For optimal enjoyment, serve Empress Gin over ice with tonic water and a citrus garnish, such as a lime or grapefruit slice. It also pairs well in cocktails like martinis or gin and tonics, where its color can be showcased. Experiment with mixers to highlight its botanical notes.
